Overview
The Blue Module focusses on the actual application process. It starts with the development of project outlines. This is followed by various sessions on questions relating to the organisation of the consortium, work plans and budget allocation. The important topics excellence (including objectives and ambition), implementation (including methodology and the design of workpackages) and impact (development of results that achieve an impact) – the common thread of every project – will be addressed. Furthermore, one session will be dedicated to the development of a communication, dissemination and exploitation plan. This module will conclude with specific tips on budget planning.
