Description: FINCODA was born out of recognizing how important innovation is to both business life and academic world. The project set out to develop reliable and valid tools for measuring and developing individuals’ capacities for innovation. The project also tested new forms of enhancing innovation competencies in university−company cooperation and utilized real-life learning environments in order to lower the students’ threshold to enter working life.
