Description: In the PLEEC project, 18 partners from 13 European countries are collaborating to make European cities energy smart by using an integrative approach to achieve the sustainable, energy–efficient, smart city. By coordinating strategies and combining best practices, PLEEC develops a general model for energy efficiency and sustainable city planning.
