Action 2 – Erasmus Mundus Partnerships (formerly External Cooperation Window) – with scholarships: bringing together Higher Education Institutions from Europe on the one hand and
those from Latin America. Together the partnerships manage mobility flows between the two regions for a range of academic levels – bachelors, masters, doctorate, post-doctorate – and for academic staff.
